I have this data set:
| Question 1 | Question 1 | Question 2 | Question 2 | |
| City | % answer ,'yes' | Significant different with all average of 4 cities(A,B,C,D) | % answer ,'yes' | Significant different with all average of 4 cities(A,B,C,D) |
| City A | 20 | yes | 23 | No |
| City B | 34 | Yes | 43 | Yes |
| City C | 44 | No | 12 | No |
| City D | 25 | No | 34 | No |
and I would like to build 4 barometer -graphs and each can show data for one city and the graph can be :
Each bar is one question, grey bar show the variation from smallest to biggest % answer yes, red line show average % of 4 cities, red- square means significant smaller( comparing with average % of 4 cities) , yellow shows no significant different and green shows significant higher.
Can anyone suggest me how I can build the graph in Power BI ? Thank you in advanced!
