In PowerBI is there a way to change a custom background image, to another image using filters? We have bespoke images set to XY coordinates, and we display XY data on these images. However, we have several images, and we want to be able to filter the image and data on 1 report, as oppose creating several pages for separate images. In tableau, this functionality is the Map>background map function. Is there a similar function in PowerBI or a work around in PowerBi for this? Thank you in advance.
The canvas background is not prgrammable
However you can create an image visual (or image viewer visual) where you can either influence the content, or -worst case - the background color
Look for the "fx" button on your visuals.
Is effects programmable ?
can we disable effects though capability.json file?
