Help! dimensions of custom visual changes publishing desktop report to pbi service

Hi,

has anyone ever experienced this:

the dimensions of my custom visual changes when i publish my desktop report to power bi service (see below)

 

 

Any ideas what might be the cause or how to fix it? Many thanks!
