Type of Visualization (Scatter or Dot or Bubble)

I am looking for a visualization that will support the following.

1. Non-numerical value on X axis (Such as names)

2. Condiftional formatting to color the dots or bubbles or scatter points based on some conditions

3. Allows for errors bars to be overlaid on data point

4. Allows for data point size to changed based on another dataset.
