anyone do know why my view on powerbi don't load the filter panel?

those are the "loading..."  graphics.  If they stay like that then the rendering probably timed out. Check the support site for any outage/slowness . If you have a Pro license you can consider raising a Pro ticket at https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/pro/
