How to get data from a table without any relationship

Hello everyone,

I have two tables without any relationship.
Table1:

Ct	Time
1	0
2	10
3	20
4	30

Table2:

Col1	Col2
Name	A
TID	4643248_ABC
Speed	100km/h
Model	BC

I want to get data from TID  4643248_ABC of table2 and join it to table1 like below:

Ct	TID	Time
1	4643248_ABC	0
2	4643248_ABC	10
3	4643248_ABC	20
4	4643248_ABC	30

What formula should I use for this?
