Identify out of range OR Gaps

Hi all.

I would like a measure or a marker (SubAgreementsNotInRange and GapsInSubAgreements) that could identify if a product are having any gaps in the agreements made. 

The dimension below shows the date range for specific agreementsNumbers and items (products), and for those start and end dates there are some subagreements begin and end dates I would also like to check. E.g the gapsinsubagreements are having a hit for item C because there are 2 subagreements for that agreement (number=1 and specificitem=C e.g there is a gap.
