Percent of Subtotal in Matrix

Hi all, have tried to read the board here and get a % of subtotal to work correctly.  Below is an image of my Dax formula.  I do have filters applied in the filters pane.  Is that why my formula does not work?  So if I have Filter A = This and Filter B = That and they do not show on the matrix itself, do I have to include that in my formula?  It almost seems as if the calculation is being done on all records in the table, not just my filtered records.  TIA!

divide(sum('GL Transaction'[Amount]), calculate(sum('GL Transaction'[Amount]), filter(AllSelected('GL Transaction'), 'GL Transaction'[Account Group] = Max('GL Transaction'[Account Group]))))
