Reset the values to condition-DAX

HI 

I want to make a new column "Gas Volumn Reset 1" with Gas Volumn (cf).

"Gas Volumn (cf)" column got the reset and started from "0" again.

All "0" values to get replaced by the last "Gas Volumn (cf) and then should get added the new non-zero values.

THis reset happened two times ...and my logic in "Gas Volumn Reset 1" does not add the increment with the last Gas Volumn.

Can anyone please let me know how to crack this logic.
