Dear Microsoft Fabric Community,
I have recently completed modifications on a Delta table within the Silver zone of Lakehouse in Microsoft Fabric. I now need to copy this table to the Gold zone, which serves as a warehouse.
I attempted to create a schema for the table using T-SQL, and then utilized the ABFS path to copy the table from Silver zone notebook to gold. However, I encountered an error that appears to restrict this operation.
Could anyone advise on the optimal method to perform this table copy operation? Any guidance or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
Also the taqble is partitioned by 3 columns, and i think that T-SQL in MS Fabric supports only one. What can i do?
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
Hi @andreNeo2124 ,
You encountered an error while copying Delta Table, can you provide a screenshot or details of the error so that we can better understand the details of the error you encountered to help you troubleshoot the error. As well as you can share the actions you did before the error occurred, which can enable us to understand and find out why the error occurred.
Regarding the T-SQL in MS Fabric supporting only one column, I don't seem to see any restriction related to this in the documentation, if you don't mind could you share it with me?
Best Regards,
Ada Wang
