Error in creating SQL database

Hi,
I tried to create a new SQL Database but I have got the following error. I am wondering whether this has been reported before and what I should do to sort this error.

Ensure that you have enabled the following options in the admin portal.

Enable SQL database - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn
