Box and Whiskers - MAQ Software - maximum number of observations?

Hi,

Does the B&W by MAQ have a maximum number of observations it can plot? I am plotting schedule variance for public transport, and when I simply do first-stop variance, all dates are plotted. When I do all stop-variance, which multiplies the number of observations by a factor of 20 or so, only 3 or so dates are plotted.

Everything between the two graphs is identical except for the axis (first stops or all stops)
