How to create tend line above the bar chart without disturbing the bar

I Have a situvation where I was to create trend line above the Bar chat without influecing the bars in the barchart 

this is what Ive achieved

Using anything other than 0 as the basis for your Y axis is a design red flag. Better use separate visuals.
