Time series with custom x-axis

Hi, I want to create a time series in power BI like the following excel chart, but having some problems getting the x-axis to show as required.

this is all T1 and no fact column?

There is only T1, T2, T3 and T4 in this column, its school related data so T for term and W for week in the term.
