I need help with getting the total open jobs

My data has each job on one line with the created jobs date and the end jobs date. Please see the screen shot to see the data I have in a Matrix.

I created the Daily Open6 by adding the following measure:

Daily Open6 = COUNT('All Open and Closed Job''s'[CREATED TIMESTAMP])-COUNT('Closed EC''s'[END TIMESTAMP])

The problem is that I need for it to create a running total year over year. So I need it to add all leftover job from the previous year to the current. This will allow me to see all current open jobs by a specific date range that I filter it by.
