Failed to deploy a report to Production

The report in the Test WS has few dataflows already deployed to the Prod WS and few dataflows from the Test WS. When I try to deploy the report and selected all relevant dataflows (either manually or by clicking Select relatted button), I get an error:

"Can't complete the deployment
When deploying the items below, any related dataflow must be included in the deployment or must already exist in the target folder."

I've tried few times - it always fails. I saved a copy the pbix, upload it to the Test WS and tried to deploy - the same error. 

Other reports were delpoyed in the past without any issues.

Based on the above information, this issue is complex which may need to collect log files for further troubleshooting. Since community support engineers don't have that access, I would suggest opening a Support Ticket. If you are a Power BI Pro or Fabric licensee, you can create a support ticket for free and a dedicated Microsoft engineer will come to solve the problem for you. 
It would be great if you continue to share in this issue to help others with similar problems after you know the root cause or solution.
