Hello Folks,

is there a option to embed PBI Reports such as the Report Sharepoint integrated mode? Or must I embed the reports via an iframe?

There is no deep integration with SharePoint at this time. Embedding an iframe of the desired reports with the below url parameter is going to be your best bet. 

?rs:Command=Render&rc:Toolbar=false
