The most easy way to sync the data from 1 fabric warehouse to another would be to create a simple data pipeline with copy activity to copy from 1 warehouse to another.

Based on my understanding, generate scripts via SSMS is not available as of today

  1. Direct SSMS generate scripts feature isn't available for Fabric warehouses.
  2. Traditional backup/restore operations aren't supported across tenants
  3. Task option in SSMS is intentionally disabled for Fabric warehouse.

You can use below approach.

  • Azure Data Factory
    --> Create linked services
    --> Use copy activity
    --> Schedule migration jobs
